Mental Health Support

We provide expert mental health support to people during times when they are most vulnerable

"When someone you love has a mental illness, you naturally want to know how to care for him or her. When they (and your family) are most vulnerable, you want to make sure they are in safe hands. That’s why we invite you to get in touch with our experienced mental health support therapists. Together with you, we can do our best to keep you and your family on the right track".
Providing a network of support to people living with mental health issues is an integral part of treatment planning and relapse prevention.

Unfortunately, mental health services are becoming increasingly limited in the care they can provide immediately following hospital admission.

Providing follow-up care can be especially challenging when working with
children and adolescents where there is complexity in diagnosis and treatment due to age, life cycle changes and other difficulties.

That's where our experienced and knowledgeable therapists may help.   We are skilled in the following specific areas of mental health support:
  • In-depth understanding of serious mental illness and their treatments
  • Capacity to provide timely and regular interventions
  • Safety planning for clients who may pose a particular risk to themselves or others
  • Monitoring of mental state
  • Identifying potential triggers and warning signs for relapse
  • Individually tailored treatment plans and psychological interventions
  • Family support, therapy and education
  • Regular liaison (written and verbal) with treating medical professionals
        such as GPs, Psychiatrists

We invite you to contact us by calling 02 9418 1504 (9-5pm, Monday to Friday) to see how we can assist.
